At NEXORA Logistics Group (hereinafter “NEXORA”), with address at Valencia 146, Saltillo, Coahuila, CP 25204, the personal data of our existing and potential clients is treated in a strictly confidential manner, so the obtaining, processing, transfer and exercise of the rights derived from said personal data, is through an appropriate, legitimate and lawful use, permanently safeguarding the principles of lawfulness, consent, quality, information, proportionality and responsibility.

PURPOSES AND TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

More than a policy, at NEXORA we have a philosophy of maintaining a close and active relationship with our existing and potential clients. Therefore, by voluntarily and directly providing your personal data, such as the following (listed as examples but not exhaustive): (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) email address, (iv) telephone number, (v) financial information, (vi) credit information, and (vii) personal references, we guarantee the processing of this data within and outside of Mexico, either directly or indirectly through NEXORA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies, its authorized distributors, and/or its third-party service providers with whom it has a legal relationship, as well as, where applicable, with competent authorities, for the following purposes:

• To provide a good and/or service.

• Comply with obligations provided for in tax laws related to customer and supplier information.

• Analyze the creditworthiness of the personal data holder.

• Use them in any type of judicial and/or extrajudicial collection act or procedure.

• Contact the data subject to conduct statistical analysis, marketing activities and general promotion.

• To offer you our services, launches, and information from our business partners.

• Comply with legal requirements.

• To keep our records up to date so we can respond to your inquiries, invite you to events and maintain general communication, as well as follow up on our business relationship.

To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, we have implemented physical, electronic and administrative procedures, using advanced technologies that limit the use and disclosure of your data, allowing us to process it properly and prohibiting the removal of any type of information containing personal data from NEXORA's offices.

REQUEST FOR ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT (ARCO REQUEST)

All your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable and current legislation in the country, therefore we inform you that you have at all times the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing we give to your personal data, as well as revoke the consent given for the processing thereof.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

NEXORA may transfer personal data to third parties, whether national or foreign, such as its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies, authorized distributors and/or service providers, for the following purposes:

• When it requires a third party to provide services or advice regarding the creditworthiness of the data subject, including research on the assets, values and debts of the latter.

• When it requires a third party to provide services or advice regarding the operations carried out by NEXORA.

• When, where applicable, they are required by the supplier or distributor with whom NEXORA has a legal relationship.

If you do not express your objection to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.

This privacy notice may be modified or updated from time to time by NEXORA.
